1. Where is the laser level shipped from?
We have multiple warehouses worldwide, including in Europe and North America. Based on your delivery address and stock availability, your order will be automatically shipped from the nearest warehouse. We offer free worldwide shipping, with estimated delivery in 3–15 days.
2. What is the return process?
If you experience any issues during use, please contact our customer support team first. If the issue cannot be resolved, we offer free exchange or return service. In most cases, the return address will be arranged within the recipient’s country. Depending on your credit/trust status, a refund before return may also be available.
3. Can it be used outdoors?
Yes. When used outdoors, strong light may affect the visibility of the laser lines to the naked eye. We recommend turning on Pulse Mode and using it with a compatible laser receiver or detector, especially for outdoor projects such as fence alignment, foundation layout, yard construction, and long-distance leveling.
4. How long does it last on a full charge?
On a full charge, the standard operating time is about 10–16 hours. Actual battery life may vary depending on the number of laser lines turned on, the brightness mode, and the usage environment. The product comes with 2 rechargeable batteries for alternating use, and it also supports operation while charging, making it more suitable for long renovation and installation projects.
5. How long is the warranty period?
This product comes with a 10-year warranty for the complete unit. If you encounter any product issues during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number and a description of the problem. We will assist with troubleshooting and provide the appropriate after-sales support.
6. How should I maintain the rechargeable batteries?
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the batteries. During daily use, try to avoid completely draining the batteries every time, and do not overcharge them for extended periods. Once fully charged, it is recommended to remove the batteries and unplug the charger. If the product will not be used for a long time, we recommend charging the batteries at least once every 6 months to help maintain battery performance.
